Bought a Nikon camera off me for $3700.
I shipped it and I thought everything went fine.

2 weeks after he opened a PayPal escalation ( not dispute ) right away saying " item is fake + not as described "
He said he rec'd a magazine instead.
I sent tracking number for PP to check, asked PP to check the postage. asked buyer to provide proof, no reply from him.
i do not even have magazine selling , and i can provide the unique serial number of Nikon camera.

Few days later I get my money back, so I thought everything went fine again.

2 months later PP told me funds were freeze again because buyer made a Credit Credit chargeback.
The reason of Chargeback is " he did not authorized the payment ".
They said I have nothing to do with this but wait for the result.

Yesterday PayPal told me Credit Card judge buyer win, he did not authorise it.

Wow, so where is my camera? Why did he say " item not as described " on PayPal before?

So he simply signed the parcel with a false signature and cheated this way?
