Sold a bicycle part and shipped via FedEx. The part was wrapped tightly with plastic wrap and tape. Upon receiving, this fraud claimed that the package was opened and the part was missing. He actually had the balls to claim that FedEx delivered him an empty plastic wrapper. After contacting FedEx, they let me know that this would never happen and this was fraud. Also, a case was opened with ebay and closed in my favor (they also saw through this). However, he then he opened a case with his financial institution claiming "item not described" and was successful at this attempt to steal my money and steal my merchandise. I have been doing ebay for many, many years and I know online theft when I see it. If you are a seller, I HIGHLY recommend you add this thief to your block list.
