Buyer received an older camcorder I purchased ShipCover insurance for and initiated a return claiming the tape eject didn't work. He did not contact me before filing the claim, his action debited my PP $94 immediately and when I asked him to corroborate a ShipCover insurance claim accused me of FRAUD and that he didn't want to keep the item and threatened negative feedback.
