Fraudulent buyer. Opened a paypal charge-back almost 90 days after purchasing the item. The buyer knew exactly what he was doing, and yes he received a refund due to minor glitch in the system. However, once seller called paypal then as the seller, was refunded money right away. We were able to salvage the havok of this buyer's dispute. Be aware of this buyer, and good luck if doing business with him.
