This customer just came with a excuse and asked for extra item. It's like blackmail! And here is the message from him:

esign is good, but quality is not good enough and it's true what I mentioned.
I had to even make several parts of it smooth with rasp to avoid getting hurt.
How could I give you a good feedback under this condition ?
Now I already though it out and try to find another good one.

If you send another, that has a good quality and smooth surface all over the parts,
I'll think twice to leave a better feedback.
