Ordered, there was hold on payout seemed fishy, but shipped with tracking. Seller address is US but represents Russia. He opened a case saying not received, eBay sided with me, but then they reversed when he appealed as they needed more proof than tracking confirmation of delivery. eBay was not helpful at all, no need to do business through them anymore. I've opened both police report as well as a case with shipping law enforcement division and will keep pursuing this.
