When the tracking number was given to a buyer he admitted that the item arrived, but that he wanted to return it for a full refund and the return shipping charges. Buyer returned the empty box, but claimed that the item was returned. Angel Santiago lied several times and did not return the order, but amazon decided to refund him. |

He did the same thing to me. He returned an empty box instead of electronics. Amazon supported him instead of me. Even know I provided video proof.
