This buyer has placed orders with us twice and both times, failed to provide a full & accurate delivery address. The first time he ordered with us, someone in our dispatch dept picked up on this, corrected it for him and his order arrived. We informed him of the missing info in his address, but received no reply.

The second time he ordered, his badly addressed order managed to slip through our system. This order was lost as a result of his failure to provide a proper address. Since we are a responsible retailer we refunded him. His response was to send us an abusive email blaming us for his failures!

This buyer lacks any sense of responsibility, is self-entitled and abusive. AVOID!
