Please do not accept orders from this guy.

This guy sent us more than 20 emails cussing us out, calling my female staff lazy b*tches who can't do anything. He sent the most nasty emails saying the F word, just being so ridiculously rude.

We sent his package USPS delayed his package due to the extreme winter weather in Texas for 2021. The tracking page stated "arriving late" but the customer sent us hateful nasty hostile emails just cussing us out. We had already paid to upgrade his shipping. He threatened to dispute all the charges and cost us chargeback fees as well as keep the package. We had to pay a $20 inception fee to get the package from USPS and refund his card on top of the shipping upgrade we already gave him. He was a returning customer and thought he would enjoy the upgrade. USPS delayed the package which is obviously out of our control and he can't seem to understand this. There is nothing we can do but he still attacked us. The emails made me very sad to read. Please do not sell to this guy.
