you have to physically send it to them to not get a charge back plain and simple, it says that in the ebay policy. I send my codes to their address so it says delivered.

1. Ebay has its own policy for digital item

Buyer just ignored it and made advantage of it.
3. Abusing Credit Cards Chargeback will be in black listed on your PayPal account as well as CC companies.
Now buyer got the FREE code, reversed payment.
Merchant lost everything, as well as a $10.00 chargeback fee to CC company.
The code was reported redeemed by this person.
We shall report Microsoft as a stolen code if this is not settled ASAP.
