Customer purchased a Minecraft digital activation code. Had technical issues we provided links to support and they demanded a refund. Informed customer there are no returns on digital products so they charged back the order even though they had redeemed the code. This is in clear violations of our terms of service and an abuse of the chargeback system. Avoid this customer.
