This guy purchased an item on ebay. I shipped it. It reaches his post office. He's hit with import duties/fees, so he waits a month so it gets returned to sender, but item never gets returned to me.
USPS denies claim since they said it reached his post office.
He gets his Paypal returned, and I'm out the purchase price and the item. $770!
Do not sell/ship to him if you are overseas. He'll flake out on the deal at your loss.
