Buyer placed an order on February 26th. Item was delivered on March 3rd. Buyer attempted to file a chargeback directly with their bank yet never communicated any issues directly with the seller. This is friendly fraud when buyers file chargebacks without first having a merchant attempt to resolve the issue because they keep both the product & the refunded money.
