Yonia Bandy filed a chargeback for $67 without ever contacting us to say that the merchandise was never received. This is against our T&C. We always refund or rre-send when merchandise is not received. A chargeback means a $20 fine for us, which is totally unneccessary.

Yonia Bandi caused us significant finacial damage and this customer agreed, by accepting our T&C that we would make their details public as a warning to other vendors.
