| Details: | Customer purchased penis enhancement products and then decided to issue a chargeback stating the products did not work well enough because he was unable to satisfy his boyfriend. He even sent us a before and after photo and although there was some improvement, he was obviously someone that needed far more assistance in that area than we could provide. This is Andrew from QuarterOFF.com. We are a Deal website and Lewis Bromberg bought one 32GB SD Card which was sent to him by regular mail. He kept us telling that he never received it. We had to refund his money.
