The buyer bought a NWT top from me from ebid on Oct 28th. In November, she opened case through Paypal, reported the item was damaged and she threw it away but she wanted to have full refund. I showed Paypal all the evidence that I had. Also I told them if she wanted to have refund and she needed to send the item back otherwise I couldn't refund her at all. Well, she couldn't get the refund at that time. Then she went through her credit card center to get the refund total USD28.14 (included shipping), her reason was she didn't receive the item. This time Paypal couldn't do anything even I had the tracking number, Paypal withdrew the money in total USD48.14 from my account. As extra USD20.00 was for the credit card fee. I was not in the States at that time and I didn't want to waste money on long distance call to PayPal. So I waited until April when I came back to the States. I told Paypal what happened and they looked into all the cases related to this buyer. They finally gave me USD28.14 but the rest of USD20.00 couldn't refund to me as it was for the credit card center. PayPal told me the reason why she could get the refund through credit card center was because her address was "unconfirmed" on PayPal so even I had the tracking number and it could not proof she had receive the item. Beware of this buyer as she is a BIG scam. I believe she has account at ebay, ebid and also other auction sites as well.
