This buyer made a note in Paypal assigning a shipping deadline which I cannot meet. I sent email to her explained that shipping need 7-21 working days, and I would like to cancel the transaction and refund to her. She accepted and refund made. Then she left a negative feedback complaining the item do not arrive on time (her time)!
