So. the item was shipped and delivered open and shut. The question is was the item delivered first then the dispute filed or vice versa. If the item was not delivered and the dispute was filed prior, then its not fraud. If you specified shipment time thats another story. Your story is one sided and doesnt tell the facts, next time use more than 3 lines!

Why would you go on calling someone a fraud when you do not have proof of them defrauding you. If you were defrauded why didn't you contact the proper authorities instead on coming on here to post wrongful accusation. This is very wrong. And the administrators of this webpage should audit what users paste on here. Information like this can be quite defaming. You can be sued for libel in the court of law.
