Same phone number scammed on me, sellers beware

You guys are shooting at ghosts. And not even the same ghosts.
That number looks fake if you expect it to be the customer's number. But it is not.
It is an Amazon phone number. If you call it, it will set up a three-way conversation between you, Amazon, and the customer. Amazon does this so that they have a recording of every time you contact the customer, and so that you never actually get the customer's real number.
Tens of thousands of Amazon customers are firewalled behind that particular number.
