If you Google this address, you will find this address is fraudulent from other scams. This asshole buys things and then files fraud disputes claiming non receipt, not authorized or whatever. Its a different name, but the address is known for multiple accounts of fraud. Sellers were told to contact the police department in MD but never did, they were told to contact the address they never did. So it continues.

The address is a retail space that is for rent with no one in it. So this asshole is having packages delivered, waiting for them to be left outside, he walks over and steals them.
