The item said new in the box. Brand new they come with a battery. New they come with a pull tab to remove with a battery preinstalled. This seller was just too cheap and wanted to save a couple of bucks. The negative feedback left was accurate.

Doesn't change the FACT that new sealed items do not include a battery. Doesn't change the FACT that NO battery was not included in listing description or pictures. Doesn't change the FACT that this individual uses extortion and intimidation. Doesn't change the FACT that good sellers should block this buyer.
