Details: | Buyer claimed a refund for a small item (small sale price but with large postage cost) that he claims never arrived. I struggle to understand where the item has gone, given the buyers address and a return address were clearly written on the package in indelible marker pen. I have added this report here in case a pattern develops of items "never arriving" for this buyer. |
