Reason: Claimed the item was not as described when that wasn’t true

Comments: buyer claimed e-key purchased did not work, but when he sent screenshot of the "error", it showed error indicative of account that had a subscription on it before. My listing clearly states that the codes/keys can only be applied to accounts that have not had a subscription.
