Buyer ordered a 14kt 1ct Moissanite engagement ring, and immediately started to hassle me wanting to know exactly how the item was shipped and if he did not receive the item in a timely manner, he would open up a dispute with paypal. A week later he did just that. I sent the ring out priority international in which paypal and ebay stated that the package was automatically insured through them. They did not honor this. The buyer got a refund and my ring!! If you are shipping anything to this buyer, make sure you get signature confirmation!!! I am now out of 400.00 dollars and the ring!!!
