Details: | Buyer bought an item from me, then right after he started to ask questions about item's dimensions (which were displayed in the listing as well), then told me that he changed his mind right after package was shipped. NEVER opened the package (he claim through eBay messages to me) and then started a return using "not as described" option. How could he know an item is not as described without opening the package to begin with? Package was sent with "free" Priority shipping, and on tope of those expenses, I had to also pay for the return shipping label, while getting a defect on my account from eBay for having a NAD return.
