| Details: | This guy left negative feedback without contacting seller to resolve his issue. When seller contacted him, He asked for a refund without returning the goods. When we as a seller told him that: Ebay policy states clearly that "If the buyer does not send the item back, sellers are not required to refund the buyer. " He got mad, threatened us and called us "smart ass", "idiot", "a dick", "a dead set fuck wit " and asked us to "shut up". This is the worst buyer we have ever had. We have blocked him from buying from us in the future. |

This guy sold me the wrong products and then wanted me to send them back out of my own pocket and refused to pay me for his mistake. He purposely pretended he didn't understand english by refusing to admit his error. Was pretending to be Chinese by the way he was talking. Then he went further by publicizing me and my shop name on this site and saying bad things about me. Yes I asked for a refund because he sent the wrong product and told him he should pay for the return of the products to him. Why should I be out of pocket for his mistakes but he just laughed and refused to recognise his mistake. Sellers like this should not be allowed to sell on ebay and most certainly deserve a broken nose. These are the sorts of people that know that postage is sometimes more or equal to the price of the product and take advantage of it.

Mickkoz Shoe Repairs robbed me big time. Mickkoz Shoe Repairs ordered multiple items and them MONTHS later opened multiple chargebacks with the credit card company. Mickkoz Shoe Repairs likes to order items and not pay for them. This should serve as a warning to all other sellers.

I am Mickkoz Shoe Repairs and I have no idea who this is and have never done such a thing. It would be great if the people or possibly the same person who wrote the original complaint had their name/s publisized. Very unfair and criminal that anyone can just write stuff without evidence of any sort.
