She bought a new ring from me. I make the rings and do my own gold plating. The day she got it she contacted me stating the plating wore off and that tarnished silver was showing threw. It was never worn to have it ware off, as to have "tarnished silver showing threw". It was plated the day before shipping & I take great care that everything is beautiful before packaging. I hand polished it so it gleamed! paying attention to the gold. She didn't ask to send it back just complained to get a refund of some kind.
