I ordered what was represented as a new MSI motherboard from their website. It said they had 6 in stock. What I got was an obvoiusly used motherboard, covered in dust and even had an old AMD processor still attached. The PCIe slot is bad. I cannot believe I waited 6 weeks for something USED. If I wanted USED I could have paid half the price on ebay.

Avoid Cradeal unless you want to get screwed. I got a motherboard that the PCIe slot was bad on. I emailed them and requested a replacement or refund. They asked me to take a photo of the bad slot. I have no idea what difference that would make but I did and sent it to them. Then no response. I emailed them again and asked for replacement and they said the do no refunds and they have no more boards like mine. That is funny, their website says they have THIRTY SIX in stock. These guys are a RIP OFF.

I ordered a board on November 124th. The board was listed as being received by the CHINA postal system on November 22nd. The board is still not in the USPS system to be tracked.

I cancelled my order and disputed the PAYPAL charge and I'm ordering a board from a supplier in OHIO. I never had a problem in the past with ordering from suppliers in CHINA but this one is indeed questionable.

i have place a order on monday. before i found out about how bad feed back this company have. i hope i get the parts. i cant contact the seller or no i have gotten a email with tracking info.contacted paypal told me wait 10day to see if i get my parts it not call them.

this company is legit i am an american and i spoke with the owner directly international taxes on paypal raise their merchandise cost so they require a credit card. i had an issue and within 5 minutes had my refund and reworked a payment arrangement. i do alot of international purchases and am also hesitant but this is a good company and is run by honest people. i have no affiliation or reason to profit from saying this just to put everyones minds at ease i guess he did admit processing takes time because of large inventory and minimal staff but items will get there and if damaged would be replaced.

I ordered a t-conn board for my tv from cradeal. It came and was physically broken. Since I did not find any of the broken pieces in the packaging, I can only assume they sent me a broken piece. Pretty shady operation. Won't be using them again for anything, and I suggest you don't waste your time. Its far more worth your trouble to pay double at a trustworthy supplier, than wait a month for crap.

Checked aliexpress.com as you said. You have an overall rating of 84.1%. That is terrible. How is it a risk for seller only, your the one with my money. I still have no working part and had to pay for shipping to send your crappy part back to you, probably just so you can sell it to someone else and hope they don't complain.

Bought a power supply for a plasma tv. 4weeks ago still waiting for product. Can't reach ems to find where the he'll my board is. Wont use this shit never again.......

Hanwen Peng stop lying. As of now I have not been refunded and it has been 6 months since I originally ordered, I sent back the broken part you sent me as you requested at my own expense and now you are ignoring me. I'm not going away until you refund my money or send me a new part. Hanwen Peng is a liar, and Cradeal is a joke of a company.

This Hanwen Peng should be executed. He did it to so many buyers. Same old game, asked the buyers to send them the pictures, then the old part back with your expense, then never communicate with you ever again. The Peng family should be sent to HELL and deal with Satan.

I ordered a GL6E Irvine mobo in Sept 2012. I'm still waiting for it.
They sent me a tracking number but the part never left China. They said they would recover the package and post it EMS with delivery in 3-5 days. That was a month ago.
now they don't answer e-mails.
They should be black listed.

This company is a terrible and will rip you off.
Once the owner has your money and is extremely rude if you ask for a tracking number (which doesn't actually exsist!)

Now the postoffice wants me to pay import tax from China this will double the price and if the board turn out defective then i have real problems. Assume i should just ask postoffice to return the board to China and try to refund my outlay from Paypal. Thanks again from dissapointed buyer in Denmark.

I ordered a board from boardss.com, the email address is creadeal.com. They never shipped the item and did not reply to 2 emails I sent. When I registered a dispute with paypal, they again did not respond. I had to escalate the claim with paypal and within a day was refunded through paypal. This is a scam seller save yourself the hassle!

BuyQual.com were the only one with a power supply board for a 12 year old samsung tv. They said they had an older model board which was compatible. Arrived early, very well packed. Yes, it looked different but had the correct connectors. Plugged it in and now I have a working TV again; very satisfactory.

We ordered a Samsung IP board and it arrived with extensive corrosion and was defective. It looked like they took this part out of the trash bin. Returning it back would cost more than what we paid for it and they won't refund despite the obvious condition of the part. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE SCAMMERS!!
