Buyer claimed item arrived broken. Our policy is to supply a replacement. Replacement was sent, buyer wants a refund without returning the item. Will not send photos of damage. The buyer makes treats and uses inappropriate language. Now a credit card chargeback arrived today, with reasons of empty box shipped. WT- ? So he got two (2) items and still demand it for free now? By the way, there is a $20 CC chargeback penalty for me as well...
