This is completely untrue! This vendor took my money for a product which didn't work. Despite every effort on my part to resolve the matter with them directly, they did not reply to my support tickets and ONLY did this when I filed a Paypal dispute. I have received a full refund as a result and have documented all communications and taken a video to prove the product doesn't work. It was a 'software as a service' product, not a physical or downloadable product. Anyone would expect to refunded in this situation. I didn't get what I paid for so quite rightly, I have been fully refunded. And for the record, I have NEVER done any other bank reversals for any other products I have purchased from anywhere else. As long as a I get what I pay for, I am happy. If I get sold crap, I expect a refund.
