Vindictive, unreasonable buyer, avoid! She bought a brand new electronic item, opened and used it, then decided she didn't want it anymore and opened a return. I apologized but pointed out that both the listing's return policy and and eBay's official policy explicitly state that new consumer electronics should be unopened/in their original condition to be returned.

She threw a fit, left bad feedback claiming we pulled a "return trick" on her despite that the return policy was clearly stated in the listing. She also left 1/5 DSR for shipping time even though the item arrived to her in 2 days after payment (7 days earlier than estimated by eBay).
