Once a piece of shit theif buyer gets going they try to do the most damage before they are caught or dont have the ability to do it again. The bitch or person who is trying to do it, bought a stolen credit card number from someone and is trying to get the items shipped elsewhere. So you already know if you take PayPal or any type of credit card payment you know only to ship to the credit cards billable address or your going to be liable for the transaction. If you do ship internationally, remember the cheapests ways dont come with tracking. So if your going to track a package, its going to cost $$$$ which the buyer must pay. Regardless of what the asshole is trying to con you into doing, make policies to protect yourself and never allow any asshole piece of shit try to get you to change them, because the second you do, is the second you get nailed with fraud.
