You will even see in the positive feedback she has left, comments like "seller resolved," or "seller refunded." Asked me for refund of half the total amount...which would mean she was getting the item for free and just paying for shipping. Her reason was that she didn't know the size (I mentioned size 3 times in listing), and that the shipping was too expensive (calculated shipping, which means exact amount based on distance and weight,) also information she had before purchasing. She then circumvented the eBay system and opened a case in Paypal. Paypal told her to return. She spent the same $9.45 to return a $9.99 candle, then left me negative feedback.
