This person was winning bidder on a used HO scale slot car body. This was a clearly worded NO return auction style item. She wrote me in an e-mail that she thought it was bigger, and wanted to return it. I wrote back she could return it, but would have to pay shipping. She then opened an EBay claim and stated that item didn't match description. FleaBay ruled in their favor. Took the bid price AND shipping out of PayPal and closed the case.
