well, if you are happy to support me, I will raise this case with Ebay again. I am still quite angry because it has been the ONLY instance during all my Ebay 'carrier' when the buyer accuse me of being dishonest seller and Ebay/Paypal supported her. I has never been so disappointed and stopped any dealings with them.
