The buyer bought the wrong product, and the seller's product description did not say that the product could be used for his equipment.
In the process of communicating with the seller, he deliberately pretended not to understand what the seller was saying and refused to cooperate in verifying the relevant contents.

Not sure If it is The same guy, But The ID looks familiar.
After been a seller for years,we Have learn how to see through buyer. Like this kind of buyer, If you are a small seller, you'd better just directly refund him. because he will not take No for an answer. In these people's value, All mistake is on seller.
They more likely not willing to check your entire discreption,and will not ask any pre-sell questions to know more about The item seller sells,because they always think they are the smart One. That leads to buy wrong item. so when you explain to him that they are The One who made mistake,they will not take it. they will think your explanation as insult or threat. even If that just a friendly explanation.

Normally they will contact you report The problem. and they already set his willIng to you should refund directly. So any further verification will be ignored by them, their reply will looks like they keep talking to themselves, never listen to what you said. and they will not take any time to read your reply(example: you already said something.But theirs reply looks like they never read it. they sometimes evan directly saying you didnot tell him The "something". But you checked your previous reply.you clearly said that.)
And yes, they will also more like to threat you saying will contact ebay, bad feedback .etc.

LMAO, it just shows how arrogant they are. You didn't even men enough to admit your own mistake, and make seller lost money,and you still think This seller still want any orders from you? I can sure you that you already in sellers BlackList when you send message like that.

Now i can see through This kind of people within 2 communications based on The way they talk. If they are arrogant buyers, I would directly refund or send return label toget my item back. because these people would highly chance to give you bad feedback or.even do something worse. Since ebay never did a Good job to protect sellers interest. we would Have to take The lost ourselves.

We are a group of white hat hackers, and the reason why we are exposed bad buyers is because the suicide of a girl we know.
You know what? Most eBay sellers ( especially big sellers or company sellers ) hire Asian employees to serve as customer service and communicate with customers. Income is actually very low.
A simple Asian girl we know was doing such a job.They have to face different customers every day. Some customers are polite and good at communication, and some are unreasonable.Sometimes, when customers make mistakes themselves and buy wrong item ( such as buying without carefully reading the description of the item ). Buyer writes to the seller, the customer service will give a solution.

(2/5)However, you know, the customer service supervisor always needs to find a scapegoat to blame for any bad things happens.
If she did not explain the situation to buyer and directly offers refund solution,she gets blame.
According to the facts, she has to explain to the customer that the customer had made a mistake and gave the solution. If the customer accepts the fact that he made a mistake and further communicates to get a solution acceptable to both sides, then everything will be fine.
But there are always arrogant and complacent buyers who refuse to admit their mistakes. If it's just that, it's all right. However, most of them leave a bad comment, usually writing " The Seller Threatens Me", " The Seller's Attitude Is Very Bad" and similar content in the bad comment. Some buyers even complain directly to eBay about the seller. If that happens, she gets blame, the reason is "saying buyer made mistake and make buyer unhappy".

(3/5)Did you see that, Whether she tells the buyer that the buyer made a mistake or not, she will be blamed in the end.In the end, the company was going to lay off workers, and the supervisor made an excuse to dismiss her because her reply triggered a bad comment from the customer and It has a negative impact on the credit of the store. But the arrogant buyer thought that she pointed out ( of course, she used a polite and friendly attitude ) his mistake was insulting him and wrote a bad comment.
We have done a lot of research and found that this is the norm in the entire customer service industry. Customer service is always accused for no reason. And these arrogant buyers can always get what they want by writing bad reviews and threatening sellers.
After we observed many cases, we found out how these buyers spoke. We use technical means to capture the communication between buyers and sellers. Our system will mark suspicious communication, and we will read these messages manually. If we confirm that there is a problem with the buyer's behavior, we will expose them.

God is kind and responsible, not doing whatever he wants.You paid the money and deserve the service you deserve, but that doesn't mean you can do whatever you want.If you made a mistake, the seller explained it to you. In the face of hard facts, please accept the fact that you made a mistake. Then negotiate a reasonable solution with the seller.
There is no shame in making mistakes. Everyone makes mistakes unintentionally. Ebay should be ashamed of the existence of this website. They value the money in the buyer's pocket more than creating a fair trading environment.
