This buyer is a Psychopath.
At first, it use a wrong address to place the order,so it can make sure the package will be return to sender by shipping company at the end. It will contact seller to blame seller. He provide another address which is different from the first one, not admit his mistake . treat seller,and let seller send new package to his new address, once seller shipped,he will wait a few more days, contact seller saying he don't want it anymore, then he refuse package to return the second package again

This buyer make fun of seller to let seller lost shipping fee. so do not sell to this buyer
