This buyer deceived on ebay, he claimed the item is not works but can not provide evidence. And open ebay case and put invalid return tracking number of return parcel trying to get back his money. But he actually didn't return any item back to seller and still trying to lie to ebay to get back money. What he did is deceive. For a good and honest buyer, if he bought a item and proved it's defective, he should return it back to seller. But this buyer is dishonest and not return any item back, only want money.
