Beware of this fraudulent buyer!!

We send his order and pack very well but delivery is handled by 3rd party. So he claim that he receive item but the box is damage. He provide picture but the box is only has small dent on the edge.

2 days later he said the router we sold to him is not supported by his provider, We ask a proof which allow us to remotely view his claim but then again he ignore our request and asking return address.

Later he said already ship to our address. I ask him to show shipping tracking code or receipt and again he ignores my request.

14 days later he ask us to pay shipping fee because he won't pay for it. This is clearly that this buyer is trying to do fraud. Lie after lie and try to keep seller busy and wasting time.

This typical buyer is exist in ebay and many of them try to get free item without want to return it.

Even in our description, we clearly stated that buyer pay return shipping fee if they are not satisfied.

@Ingmar Ravudd, i know you read this message. Nice try but i reveal all your info in this website so all seller around the world know what you do!
