We have seen a trend in these attempts when the user's shipping and billing do not match, the phone number does not work and their email is a mail.com account. When we google the billing address, it is usually a vacant lot. |

with all those signs of fraud sitting right in front of you, its your merchant agreement that says what you ahve to do and not to do to protect yourself against thieves.
