Its a fake name, its an address where there is no one there. In fact the place is probably for rent or abonded. The scam is that they will rely on the courier to just drop the package off at the front door or someplace on the premises. The second the courier leaves they walk right up and take the package. Its mail order fraud. Usually they live close by where they can look out the window at the shipment location to see if UPS FedEx pulls up. Others will demand a tracking number and continually look up the tracking number looking for a delivery "left on porch" or somewere. At that point, its the couriers fault for leaving a package out in the open.
