While the item is in transit, and on schedule, but before it is delivered, the buyer files a fraudulent item not received complaint with Paypal in an attempt to get their payment returned by Paypal BEFORE the item is recorded delivered by the tracking information. This is called Theft By Paypal. |

Daniel and Amber Foote of sosa games amazon buys other sellers items then reports to Amazon false accusations of inauthentic. Does this to ruin his competition. BEWARE.
