Make sure you have everything signed from invoice to returns. when you reply to the chargeback prove that you sent the buyer a return label and he never returned the item. Make sure you state clearly that the buyer stole the item and never returned the item. He will get no refund for keeping the item. Make sure you specify the buyer was scamming you for a free item. Then send the asshole to collections for the chargeback fee, the item amount, and petty theft.
