buyer bought item by mistake. Didn't check compatibility until after winning auction. Asked for return via ebay which was denied as per auction listing. Buyer then raised a case with Paypal that the product wasn't as described and was also faulty - neither of which is true. Paypal sided with this liar and I had to refund including postage costs
