This is a new ebay buyer ID. This buyer filed a paypal dispute against me for two separate purchases. The buyer did not contact me and did not go through ebay. I have a generous return policy so I am a little upset that a buyer would file a dispute against me when I have not been given the opportunity to resolve the matter. In the dispute comments the buyer claimed "not as described" because the evening gown did not fit. Precise measurements are listed for every garment I sell but I am always happy to refund for items that need to be returned for any reason, providing the item remains in the listed condition. I do not think this buyer is malicious, I simply feel that this is a new buyer who does not know better. But, by filing a paypal dispute, I will receive an ebay 'defect' which damages me as a top rated seller. I have blocked them.
