| Details: | Seller bought item in perfect condition from me. I took at least 20 photos of the entire item (coat) from top to bottom, buttons, seams, etc. She emailed me a day after recieving it and said ONE button was cracked. I offered to refund her the cost of a button if she went to a notions store and told me how much it cost, no problem. She emailed back that day saying TWO buttons were in fact broken (a flat out lie) and that she opted to go to a vintage store and buy a whole new coat to swap out all of the buttons. I asked how much that was and she said $10.00. I said fine, I will refund that $10.00 if you just email me the receipt. Instead of doing so, she sent me a barrage of harrasing emails and filed with ebay to get a full refund. She also emailed me that she would not be returning the coat. So she has her money back AND my coat. I am out a coat and $47.35.

I too had the same experience with this bidder lied and said the coat had dog fur on it when I appealed the dispute they said my complaint of dog fur was the same as hers for returning it. She knows how to work the system she has 4 seller Id's and leaves tons of negative feedback for sellers. How she is a top rated seller is beyond me, and the slanderous feedback, only speaks for her low brow mentality. Bid block her and call eBay to have all 4 of her id's blocked. Trouble....

Check out the feedback she leaves for sellers, it is all very nasty as a buyer.....same story....if you do not let her have the item and give her a refund she goes neg. on you even if you do she goes off.
