Buyer Purchased an item from our EBay store, after a few weeks they proceeded to open an Item not received case against us... which is fair enough if they did not receive it.

We agreed with buyer to resend the item which we did via express tracked & signed for service. once buyer seen tracking number had been added to EBay they proceeded to escalate to claim and EBay automatically removed the money from our account.

red.mortaji@foneshop.com. Your Dishonesty has left us no choice but to name and shame you. We will remove this notice one you pay us the money you owe us.

First of all you placed no tracking on the first item, which is why they filed the dispute in the first place. thats what it sounds like. If you had the tracking number in the order regardless of if the claim was still open, the tracking number (even for the 2nd item) would of shown the buyer got the item and the case was closed. Unless you shipped it to a non confirmed address, then thats why you lost the case, which is 100% your own fault.

Not only did you get scammed once because of the way you do business you got scammed twice, 3 times if you take in consideration the way you do business. You were so anxcious to kiss the buyer's ass that you forgot business procedures, if they claim the item was not received, get the case closed as fast as possible. It sounds like you never bothered to follow the rules and shipped it to non confirmed address, if thats the case, its no one elses faut but your own!

I agree with you 100% its our fault for agreeing to resend the item to a thief and promise you we will not get caught like that again.

Also your assumption is incorrect, I have checked the address and it was indeed a confirmed address and covered under PayPal protection policy and also It is not a matter of "kissing ass" but good customer service mate as our primary concern is to ensure our customers get their items.

The problem is that "the customer is always right" is too taken advantage of. You have to make policies to protect your business and stick with it. Remember the saying "given an inch, they take a mile." Dont know the postal service between IR and England. Sounds like you never put tracking on the package, reality the buyer got the item, lied to you, and you took their word for it. In either way if they filed a dispute for non receipt you would of lost. but the fact you expressed another one at an additional cost, you should of had the red flag right there that POS was a scammer. Dont know the amount of hte purchase, but like the 1st guy said, you got screwed 3x over.

Scum... Caught me a few weeks ago desided to Google the username and came across this list. Question is why the hell does ebay not ban people pulling scams like this?

Each transaction creates the opportunity for both buyers and sellers to leave public feedback about the experience. It’s usually not a good idea to trade with accounts that have bad feedback.
