This buyer purchased a desktop on ebay. The listing clearly stated that we do not accept returns after 14 days. 3 weeks later the buyer contacted us and said that he wanted to return the item. We pointed out that that our return policy didn't allow this. This buyer went ahead and opened a dispute with eBay.
