I had a transaction with buyer ID:kaweakawea,and I sent the parcel in 24hours. The tracking number is:RA160559015CN, & carrier is CHINA POST.
It seems that transportation was not in good status for this parcel. I have sent parcels to Thailand via the same way,they reached buyers in about 2weeks.This parcel did have long in-transit time to Thailand.Once got his message for parcel delay,I had been trying all the ways to find it.But since the parcel left China,the news for it couldn't be tracked timely.
He opened a case # 5018101332 on Jul,21st to ask for refund.And then he left negative feedback to me on 2012-07-21 19:29 to push me to refund.
In order to solve this matter,I had to communicate with him.He permitted to revise the feedback once got my refund on Jul,22nd.So I refund him on Jul,22nd 21:07.
I tracked the parcel from the Thailand POST website recently.The website shows that he got the parcel on July 21, 2012 12:00-16:29 and signed for it. You could find it from below website:

From the screen,you could find that he signed for it on July 21, 2012 12:00-16:29
But he left negative feedback on 2012-07-21 19:29

The time difference is 1 hour between Beijing time and Thailand.And the US Time is several hours later.
It means that he did it purposely.

And I found that he left negative feedbacks to other sellers too.Other sellers left doubtful words to him.
It's well known that there're professional buyers to leave negative feedbacks to sellers on website.I think he is one of them.
I'm so unlucky for this case!
