Purchased me two Sony cameras for $870, which is brand new product with warranty.
Items showed delivered to his address on USPS.
So I thought everything went fine, right?

5 weeks later I got a PayPal email saying this buyer has escalated a case saying "item not as expected".

I immediately email buyer asking what problem he is having, he said he accidentally dropped it on floor from second or third floor!!

I told him I am not responsible to such problems, esp. he owned it for 5 weeks already.
I advised him this is normally not included in Sony's warranty terms but he can try contact them to repair.

Few days later he said Sony charges $150 for repair, and it may take 4-6 weeks.
I told him this is normal.

Well, he just said its my fault for selling "fragile, non-durable" items to him.

I decided to let PayPal handle this.

Few days later PayPal confirmed its not seller's fault and close the case, I got my money back.

That's nice right?

2 more weeks later PayPal emailed me again that this buyer contacted the credit card company to hold funds with reason of "item not as described".
They were forced to re-open the case. :(

WTF???
Credit Card company said they can't judge and ask buyer to send the item back to me for a "FULL REFUND".

I have no choice but have to accept it, there are no alternative options.
They said :
"You can at least fix the faulty camera and re-sell it on eBay, keep the another perfect one, which is better than losing the whole lot money"

His parcel arrived me next week, you guess what?
It comes with a box containing 4 used screwdrivers, no cameras, no chargers, WTF!!

I immediately contacted PayPal and buyer, Paypal said it the issue on Credit Card side now, not them.
They are acting the role of middle-man on a chargeback issue.

And of course, buyer never replied back.

What it actually means he only paid the return postage ( for 4 screwdrivers price ), and kept 2 cameras.

For me, I paid 2 brand new cameras, 1 x postage, $10 Credit Card chargeback fee, which yields 4 screwdrivers ( used ones ) in return.

End of story.
